Watson Library Centennial
Watson Library celebrated its 100th year of being a steady landmark on KU’s campus. Built in 1924, there was a desire for the identity to be art deco to match the feel of the era. Centennial branded items included t-shirts with metallic ink, socks, metal bookmarks, cocktail glasses, stickers, and cocktail shaker. The celebration was a semester-long flurry of activities and the big event was the donor dinner where the identity was adapted to many different uses for the event.
